Euparkeria capensis was a small reptile of the middle triassic period.

Though clearly a quadrupedal creature, it had proportionally long hind legs. Thus it has been suggested that it may have been capable of running very short distances on two legs, like the living Basilisk lizard. The model illustrates this theory.

The length is approximately 64cm.
